At ArtPoc.com, we ensure your artwork is delivered safely and on time. Your satisfaction is our priority. We offer a clear and fair return policy to ensure confidence in your purchase.

Shipping Policy

Shipping Costs:

  • Domestic U.S. shipping: $99 – $159 per order (parcel)

  • International shipping: Rates vary by destination; calculated at checkout.

Processing & Handling Time:

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

  • Each painting is carefully packaged to ensure safe delivery.

Shipping Methods & Carriers:

  • We use USPS Priority Mail and FedEx Ground for domestic shipments.

  • International shipments may use FedEx, DHL, or other reliable carriers.

  • A tracking number is provided for every shipment.

Estimated Delivery Times:

  • Domestic U.S.: 5–7 business days after shipment.

  • International: 7–21 business days, depending on destination and customs processing.

Insurance & Tracking:

  • All shipments are fully insured.

  • Tracking information is emailed once your order has shipped.

General Store Policy

  • We ensure your purchase is delivered in the described condition and according to our shipping schedule.

  • We work with our clients until full satisfaction is achieved.

  • If you’re not satisfied, we will resolve the issue according to our return policy and terms outlined here.

Return Window & Conditions:

  • Returns are accepted within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery.

  • The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and a 10% restocking fee.

  • All returned artwork must:

    • Be shipped fully insured.

    • Use the original packaging.

    • Be in the same condition as when it was received.

    • Include a tracking number from a reliable carrier.

  • The buyer is responsible for the item until it is safely received and inspected at our gallery.

Refunds:

  • Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receiving the returned item.

  • Refunds are issued minus the original shipping fee and the 10% restocking fee.

  • Damaged returns will not be accepted. If damage occurs during return shipping, the buyer must file a claim with their shipping provider.

Damaged on Arrival:

  • If your artwork is damaged upon delivery, please contact us immediately at support@artpoc.com.

  • We will assist you in coordinating with the shipping insurance provider to file a claim.

Eligibility

  • Our services are available only to individuals who are 18 years of age or older.

  • By using our website, you confirm and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

Copyright & Reproduction Rights

  • All artworks sold on ArtPoc.com are original oil paintings created by reputable artists.

  • We reserve all rights for reproduction.

  • Reproductions or custom copies are available upon request and will be accompanied by appropriate documentation identifying them clearly as reproductions.

Certificate of Authenticity & Value

  • Every purchase includes a Certificate of Authenticity and Current Value at no additional cost.

  • Each certificate is signed by the artist or a qualified art curator.

  • Certificates reflect the artwork’s market value at the time of purchase.

  • Certificates can be downloaded and printed from your account after the transaction.

  • These documents may be used for insurance, appraisal, or valuation purposes.
